Convenient and Effective

Looking to fix a broken relationship?
Want to take a ‘good’ relationship to the next level?
Hope to prepare for marriage via pre-marital counseling?

Online marital counseling meets you and your partner where you are and takes you to the next level of healing, love and intimacy.

Busting some myths!

Online counseling goes by many names. Some call it, etherapy, internet counseling, ecounseling, tele-medicine, or video counseling – but we think online counseling is the best way to describe it. It’s simply having a counseling session via the internet with a web cam and it’s simple, easy and effective.

I’ve taken this technology and applied it to marriage counseling, allowing two people to come together in a safe place to effectively improve their relationship.

There are some myths out there – so lets clear them up.

Myth #1
Regular counseling sessions are a hassle. Too inconvenient!

Not this way.  By going to counseling via skype, you are able to come to your counseling session with a click of the button.  All you need is a free skype account and a web cam.  You don’t even have to be in the same room as your spouse!  I’ve worked with couples where the wife is in London, the husband is in Sydney and I’m here in New York.  Three way conferencing allows you the convenience of coming to a counseling session from the comfort of your own home or office.

Myth #2
Couples counseling takes forever and I don’t want to be therapy for years.

Nope! I work my couples for a short period of time to learn new skills and techniques quickly and easily. I push to help you make new choices and approach each other in new more effective ways. Counseling is about getting to the heart of the matter and resolving the pain so that you can begin creating a more healthy and vibrant relationship.

Myth #3
Marriage therapy doesn’t work.

After working with couples for the past 20 years, I’ve seen that counseling does work. It allows all the issues to get out on the table in a safe and focused way. Marriage doesn’t come with an instruction manual – but it should. Counseling allows you to heal from past hurts, learn how to communicate more effectively and love more honestly and completely. As someone once said: it works if you work it.
